Dispatch of your parcel
All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 working hours from France. Parcels are sent as tracked mail with La Poste (Colissimo). If you would prefer delivery against signature, please contact us before placing your order.

My parcel has not arrived, what should I do?
If the announced lead time is exceeded by more than 5 working days, contact us via the form. We will open an enquiry with La Poste and keep you informed.
